Thanks God It’s Friday and thanks Goddess of Love I had the chance to work out with you. Venus is today’s workout and it’s very easy to remember, but not as easy to do, friends!

After several weeks working out legs, I expect a week full of pushups, situps and pullups… and also some endurance (cardio) exercises.

VENUS

Endurance

4 rounds of:

  • 50 Knee Pushups
  • 20 Crunches
  • 50 HH Squats

I wait for the standard version the next time. Every exercise changes in the next level if you choose Standard or Strenght version, and each level is much more complicated than the previous one.

For example Standar version is 50 pushups, 20 situps, 50 squats, or the Strenght workout where you have to do 50 OH (one hand) pushups, 20 jackknifes, 50 pistols.

If you are a athlete and you can do all of these exercises I invite you to tell us how was your day working out with Venus. I would also recommend the endurance version for an advanced user after running 3 – 5 kilometres.
