A day in the hell

First day of training and the weather couldn’t be worst. It rains, it rains very hard, but it’s 7PM, it’s getting dark and I cannot lose the first workout.
I go to the closest park, where there is a playground with bars to make some pullups and place enough to run. This is all I need to make today’s exercices. Perhaps you are wondering what workout is…
HADES
Standard
I think it’s a good workout to start the “Freeletics Challenge”, hard enough for the first day. It makes you cry and your shoulders, breast and legs will say you “STOP!” but keep working and don’t quit. If Freeletics tells you, it’s because you can.
This is HADES workout – 3 times the following exercices:
- 25 Burpees
- 15 Pullups
- 15 Pushups
- 25 Burpees
- 2x40m Run
Don’t forget to make a dynamic warmup before the workout and after that a static stretching.
My final time was 25:38, I started very good, with strenght despite the weather, but the workout was hard and in the third round I spent more time than expected, moreover the last burpees weren’t done good enough.
