Zeus – Father of Gods and men

Thanks God It’s Friday!!
Altohugh it still the second day of my “Freeletics Week”, I’m very motivated with this challenge. Today’s Zeus version (Endurance 2/4) is a piramidal workout where we are going to train Cardio and easy movement, easy compared with Aphrodite or Hades from the last days.
Endurance workouts “consist of less complex movements that allow experienced athletes to train with higher volume and focus on cardiovascular endurance. They are also suited to introduce beginners to the sport of Freeletics”.
Sun is shining, after the storm, so I take my bottle of water, a towel and my fitness mat.
The training start as always with a dynamic warmup, that I’ll shortly explain during the weekend.
ZEUS
Endurance 2/4
2 rounds of:
- 10 pikes
- 20 jumping pullups
- 30 knee pushups
- 40 crunches
- 50 HH squats
- 120 sec REST between round
That’s all for today. I felt it was very short and I think I could do the whole endurance version, but we have to follow the instructions of the personal couch, although I have to figure out if I can do more if I feel strong.
At evening I go to train floorball. The next weekend we start the season against the 11 times champions in a row. Awesome! Anyway, I’ll try to write something this weekend about the warmout exercices, which are obligatory if we want to keep training for a long time.
Have a nice weekend!
