Sweading in the forest
Summer is coming, the days are warmer and the sun shines until late… This is how I love training. I remember when I did the first and only time this WO with three standard rounds. It’s usually the first WO for beginners, just one round, because you don’t need a lot of strength to complete it, but when you improve your technic and win strenght, it will be one of the funniest and you will always want to beat your time.

I learnt from the last day HADES when I couldn’t get the PB for one second. No necesarry stops are available if you want to beat the time in this short and intense workouts. I get it 16:47 Good exercise for the heat but you need also strength in legs and shoulder to do it faster. Waiting for the 3x METIS Strength challenge in two days.
