It’s hard to work out with this asthma, but it’s already done with a star, taking breaks when I needed. Harder than expected I must say… 19:17

I remember the lat I had to do 2xPoseidon I couldn’t get the star and I though that if I could do a single round in 3 minutes, I could also make two in less than ten minutes, but this wasn’t true at all. I started very good and I finished the first round in less than four minutes, but I didn’t have strength to keep pulling up and I had to mix with some endurance repetitions to complete it. Better dond than the last time, but I get still no star! 11:09
