Yesterday we changed the hour and it’s dark when I have time to train, so the next weeks are going to be harder than expected. Some sun is always good to be more motivated to work it out.
The workout of today is shorter than normally, but it’s also hard. You don’t need any material to do it, just your body. It’s better to go out, to the park, because you need to do burpees, climbers, jumps… and maybe if you jump at home, your neighbors comes and tell what the f*** are you doing… and of the last thing we want is a problem in the building. No stress!

Today was the first time I did a double workout and I have expended 14:14 minutes (PB). I’m waiting for tomorrow’s workout and the end of this third week. I’m very motivated with this programm and every day I expect more challenges.
I’m wonderig if I do 3km run every morning to multiplicate the benefits of this Freeletics Challenge.
