Two PBs to be done

Today is the last day of the hell week of Freeletics! And it’s being quiet good, better than expected I think… I must say it’s hard to keep working and doing the second workout, but the muscles work better and you can reach your limits.
The first workout doesn’t have rounds, but it takes time and it’s not easy at all.
ARTEMIS
Standard
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Pullups
- 100 Pushups
- 150 Squats
- 50 Burpees
The trick I did is doing them ten by ten with no long breaks, just five to ten seconds at the beginning, and then try to the best I can ten stop and so. I did the squat in the rounds of fifty. 30 seconds less than the last time. New PB 23:44 and the star.

The second and final WO is Hyperion. I did it the first Hell Day and the goal is to beat the time and get another PB. I should do Kipping HS Pushups, but I cannot yet, so I change them for Pikes.

- 5 Kipping HS Pushups
- 25 Squats (more squats?, hell yes)
- 5 Kipping HS Pushups
- 25 Jumps
- 60 second Rest between rounds
