Training the muscles

Today is one of the best days since I’m working out with Freeletics. After the dynamic warmup I have done:

  • 25 Pullups 00:37
  • 50 Pushups 1:28
  • 50 Situps 1:58

Then, I was ready to make a different workout called Ares which I must have repeat it twice.

ARES x2

Standard

10 rounds with 60 seconds rest between rounds:

  • 7 Pullups
  • 7 Situps
  • 2×40 RUN

That’s all! and I did it 17:29 a good time compared with other people, and also PB, but the best is that I found it pretty fun and totally different from the rest of workouts I have already done. I think after this workout, tomorrow I’ll have painful stiffness in my arms and abs. But this is Freeletics! #ClapClap and keep working, heroes. And remeber now that winter is coming…Never give up!
