The strength after running

I have already started the 14th week with a new workout which is based in the next concept: work out after running. This is harder than start after the warmup. Why? Because your blood is already pumping and you have less oxygen in the muscles.

URANOS

Standard
  • 2km RUN
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Pullups
  • 50 Climbers
  • 50 Pushups
  • 100 Jumps

I ran faster than expected despite the strong wind, but I couldn’t with the pullups nor every pushup. It’s hard to do 50 or more pullups when you have already worked out your arms before, I didn’t have strength to do them, it wasn’t mental, but physical.

I get a new PB 22:57 but not the star #ClapClap
