Sun is up, move your body

Highly motivated I went for the second training of the 14th week… Sun is shinning and probably it’s the warmest day that I train this year. I repeat a workout that I couldn’t do properly the last week.

KRONOS

Standard
  • 100 Pushups
  • 200 Situps
  • 300 Squats
  • 200 Leg Levers
  • 100 Pullups

I’ll try to get the star the next time I do it… It’s quite complicated, because at the end it’s pretty impossibe to do 100 pullups. Are they crazy or what? Haha. Not PB nor star 38:20, but closer to standard version than the last time.

The last 30 pushups were with knees and I could do only 20 pullups without jump.
