Struggle for pleasure

Well, the last days were easy, I must say. But we start again with difficult journeys as in the beginning. Today’s workout is going to take time. The base of Freeletics… Burpees, Pullups, Pushups, Squats and more Burpees!

  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Pullups
  • 100 Pushups
  • 150 Squats
  • 50 Burpees

This is the last day of the fifth week and although today was a hard workout, in general the week was very easy. Furthermore I took breaks due to the floorball matches and the following recover, so I need to come back to the regular trainings, four per natural week, without breaks. Keep working! #ClapClap

Oops! I almost forget it… I started two weeks ago to eat healthy. That doens’t mean that I didn’t do it before, but no carbs, no alcohol, just water, chicken, turkey, vegetables and fruit! We’ll see the changes…
