Slower than expected

Today I’m going to do a Workout that I like so much. This is the God of War! and not the videogame… that I also love.

ARES

Standard x2

10 rounds:

  • 7 Pullups
  • 7 Situps
  • 2x40m Run
  • 60 sec Rest

PB 16:03

The objective was getting under 16 minutes but I started slower than expected in the running and those seconds were the problem to reach the goal. Anyway is another PB in this quick workout. Keep working!
