Run, run, pullups and pushups

Last day of the first, that’s today. And for the very first time I have to do more than one workout and it’s also something different.
The day begins with 4 sprints of 100 meters. I’m wondering if you know how to run exactly 100 meters in a park, i didn’t, but I did in this way. I walked one hundred steps and that was the distance I ran. It was raining in the morning so the ground was wet and it was a little bit dangerous.
I was working for several hours and I didn’t have time to do the rest of the exercices, but it doesn’t mean that I quited. As fast as I had time, I wore my sneakers and keep training. This is time for 5km RUN.
I must say that I hate run and my legs are not already prepared to run these distances, but everything is train and improve your skills, so although while I was running, it was very hard for my legs, when I was done, the only thing I could think about was “when will be the next time to run 5km and do my Personal Best (PB)?” Current time and PB: 24:06
The day finishes with the first round of the POSEIDON workout: 20 pullups and 20 pushups that I did in 1:06. I don’t understand this end. Breast and back are not properly worked out with just 20 repetitions, but it’s OK! I’ll wait for the next Standard POSEIDON to beat some friends of mine, who have already done it.
Tomorrow begins the second week and I’ll take my second picture after the introduction week.
