I start the 13th week and it is more than three months that I didn’t do this f***ing hard workout, but it’s OK, sometimes you have to suffer more than expected, although you hate a Workout you have to think about how good is for you! I still remember the first time with the endurance version… I couldn’t do the serie of burpees…

PB 45:12 – Woow, two minutes less than the last time. I feel I won more resistance doing burpees and of course more powerful legs than before. It’s an always hard workout! Long and hard for the knees. But I invite you to do complete it and feel the reward of the success.
