The second week is almost over and I feel great doing my Freeletics challenge. Today morning I received my new trainers and I was very excited to work it out with them.

Today’s workout is not a new one I must say, I did it on monday and the last week, but… Freeletics coach knows how to improve our skills and mind.

HADES

Standard 3/3

3 rounds of:

  • 25 burpees
  • 15 pullups
  • 15 pushups
  • 25 burpees
  • 2x40m run

Best of all? I did two minutes lees than the day before yesterday. I’m wondering if the cheering girls helped me or not. They were this evening too but today they decided not to be my friends, so I got my PB 20:44

I felt great when I was done, so I did 50 situps more in about two minutes. The static stretching and go home.

Today is wednesday and although I didn’t have time the last week to upload the picture of the week, I’m going to do it today, that I know that a lot of people were wondering last week about the changes. Here is the change two weeks after starting the Freeletics Challenge…
