I repeat this workout x3 in less than two weeks, but I like it and I only think in break my personal best doing faster burpees and trying to not take breaks during exercises.
METIS
Standard x3
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Squats
- 10 Jumps
- 25 Burpees
- 25 Squats
- 25 Jumps
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Squats
- 10 Jumps
New PB 17:13 in almost two minutes less. I had to skip a 4/5 IRIS due to a floorball match I have tomorrow and I dont want to be tired for, but I’ll do it when I have time. Note it!
I also do 3 round of 25 Pullups and 100 Situps to end this saturday morning. #ClapClap
