This morning I did, probably, the hardest workout I have ever done! I did few weeks ago its endurance version, but today I did one step forward and I started with the standard version. An important step…

HELIOS

Standard
  • 100 Burpees
  • 125 Lunges
  • 150 Climbers
  • 125 Situps
  • 150 Climbers
  • 125 Lunges
  • 100 Burpees

And that’s all. A pyramid of exercises which is very easy to remember, but takes a lot of time. I did it in 47:19, while the endurance version took me almost 33. It’s hard, because the legs burn during the whole workout and very psychoclogical. There were two or three times I wondered to quit, but this is not an option.
