Last day of the fourth week

After a little Freeletics break, which is not a sport pause, because I’m have been playing floorball the whole weekend.

After 2 ROUNDS of 25 Squats, I’m going to work my legs with…

Standard

10 rounds:

  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 30 Jumps
  • 20 Climbers
  • 10 Standups

Aerobic workout, long and at the end I’m exhaust, Does it mean that I worked out good? Last time I did was the same workout but just 6 rounds, so I didn’t have an official time, a PB.

This is the time! But as the last time I couldn’t do Standups without help, so I don’t get the star because I changed them for HH Standups (help with the hands), although I can do more than one, but not ten round of ten. Hehe… First time completed and first PB 25:27.

The day finishes with 2 ROUNDS of 10 Pullups.
