Kronos is too much yet

New workout in the middle of this 13th weekend and good feelings after resting some days. This is a fledged pyramidal Workout and a very high pyramid.

KRONOS

Standard
  • 100 Pushups
  • 200 Situps
  • 300 Squats
  • 200 Leg Levers
  • 100 Pullups

It looks short, but OMG! It takes long – 37:32 and I had to do extra exercises, but I didn’t have time and I was dead after Kronos. I’m not prepared to do this workout in the standard version yet… Pushups were helped by knees from the 30th and I had to make jumping pullups to complete the workout. Anyway, I finish very satisfied. I feel like I worked every muscle in my body and I’m totally dead. #ClapClap
