Kentauros Strength after the break
Sunday, 19th October 2015
Well, I present you KENTAUROS Workout. This is the beginning of the second “Freeletics Challenge” week, which I should have started on Thursday, but my calves needed a break and I gave it to them in order to do my best in the floorball match on Saturday.
We start with a new challenge, the first STRENGTH workout. What does “strength” means? I think I have explained it previously, but if you or I read this post in the following days, we won’t need to look for what the hell it meant.
As the official Freeletics website says “Strength workouts require a certain skill level as they include more complex movements and especially challenge pure muscle strength. This type addresses experienced athletes in particular”. And I agree.
Evenings are coming sooner and sooner every day. Luckily we change the hour the next weekend and we’ll some minutes of light for the following trainings.
KENTAUROS
Strenght 6/6
6 rounds of
- 2x20m Lunge Walk
- 10 HH Jumps
- 2×20 Burpee Deepfrogs
- 10 HH Jumps
PB: 30:45
Legs hurt during the workout. You have to go down and touch the floor in the lunge walk, do your best in the HH Jumps, they are not normal jumps and it’s not easy to touch your breast everytime, but you have to if you want to get a star (only if you do every exercise as it is). And of course, what can we say about burpee deepfrogs? A very good exercise to train every part of the body and improve your skills.
Keep training!
