Merry Xmas!! In these dates it could seem that it’s very difficult to find time to work it out, but it’s not true. Before Christmas Eve Dinner, in the morning on Christmas Day, the day have 24 hours and you need just one or less…
Take care and don’t eat or drink much more than you usually do. Of course, celebrate (that includes some sugar and wine, but it’s fine), love your family and friends. Explain what you are doing will help you to not break the routine.

I hate this Workout I must say, but when I’m done it’s like I were in the heaven. Legs and shoulders burn and you cannot rest those muscles, cause it’s always the same. It’s a very mental workout, but it works very good.
Best of all? I get a new PB in almost 4 minutes. I ran faster and I didn’t take too many breaks in the froggers as the last time I did. PB 31:07 Nine week is completed and the tenth seems very hard… Happy holidays!!
