Iris again

I reach the last day of the eleventh week with 200 behind burpees and some sprints. The workout today is IRIS Strength, but my legs are heavy and actually I don’t want to do the same workout again, I will change it for the Endurance version, thinking about burpees, sprints and a floorball training this evening. Of course, you can do it the Strength version as the coach says…

Time: 21:37. Quit boring workout, good for the legs, shoulders and cardio, but very long and as I said boring. But from March I will do every workout, summer is close and the sun shines yet #NoExcuses to reach the challenge!
