Iris again with extra 100 times exercises

Well, today is the last day of the 13th week, and the end of the challenge is around the corner. As the last couple of weeks, I have to fight against IRIS Strength and its froggers, but today it will be the first day I do the whole workout, so I’m excited about this, although I know it’s going to be boring as always!
IRIS

- 100 Jumping Jacks
- 100 Froggers
- 1km RUN
I don’t know if someone loves this workout but I don’t. Too long and too boring for me. My knees hurt after the workout because of the froggers, maybe I have to change the exercise when the coach recommends me to do it. There were too much froggers to do them properly so I couldn’t get the star, but I tried to do them deeper as I could. PB – 42:41
After IRIS I did some exercisesx100 that I should have done the last day.
- 100 Burpees – 10:05
- 100 Situps – 03:57
- 100 Squats – 02:01 PB
- 100 Straight Leg Lever (most of them HH) – 02:43
