Introducing my bro to the Challenge

Today evening was a very special day for me because for the very first time, my brother came with me to try some Freeletics exercises and he made his first WO.
After 150 burpees and 100 squats this morning, my turn is with 2/3 Dione a well-know workout during the last weeks

Strength 2/3
I’m not in a good shape enough to do both Toes to Bar and Jackknifes so I had to do the standard version of those exercises (Straight Leg Levers and Situps)
2 rounds:
- 75 Jumping Jacks
- 25 Burpee Squat Jumps
- 50 Toes to Bar*
- 75 Jumping Jacks
- 50 Jackknifes*
- 25 Burpee Squat Jumps
I couldn’t get the star because of the change to standard exercises but I’ve beaten my PB doing Burpee Squat Jumps which I couldn’t do the last week.
Now it’s time to train floorball and be ready for the important match of Saturday. On Sunday I’ll be done with the eleventh week and I’ll meet with Iris again to beat my time.
