Improving Kipping HS Pushups

And that is the goal I’m fighting for. It’s awesome when you can see how your training makes you better and better each day. Step by step. An exercise I couldn’t do at the beginning, now it becomes a rutine.
HYPERION
Standard
5 rounds:
- 5 Kipping HS Pushups
- 25 Squats
- 5 Kipping HS Pushups
- 25 Jumps
- 60 REST between rounds
Trick for this workout? When you have the technic to do the strength part of this workout, the Kipping HS Pushups (you have to keep training for the next step Strict HS Pushups), you have to try to do the rest as fast as you can, Squats and Jumps. Very aerobic routine but working out the strength in your shoulders and back.
Today I get the star because I could do every exercise as it is and I get also a new PB 12:56 in almost 4 minutes less. #ClapClap Tomorrow I have to repeat this exercise, will I get a new PB?
