Improving HS Pushups

Yesterday we had a very important floorball match, which we were preparing during two weeks and which we lost. That means that I can keep training as before and end finally the sixth week.

Zeus comes always with HS Pushups (Strenght) or Kipping HS Pushups (Standard), but I cannot do more than three or four in a round yet… so I do the more I can and then I change to Pikes.

Standard

4 rounds:

  • 10 Kipping HS Pushups (or easier with Pikes)
  • 20 Pullups
  • 30 Pushups
  • 40 Situps
  • 50 Squats
  • 120 sec Rest (between rounds)

I get a new PB with 28:51 but I cannot get the star yet, because I don’t do every Kipping HS Pushup. Keep training, I’m closer… Sixth week done!
