I came back – Welcome 2015!!

Despite the rain I couldn’t wait more to come back to the challenge after 5 weeks recovering from different issues. The last training was the 26th of December when I was fighting against the Christmas excesses. Well, on the 29th I started to feel bad and the 31st I got flu. I couldn’t start the year worse. Throat infection which send me directly to the hospital. Recover days, while I keep training floorball and when I was almost ready to start again the challenge after 3 weeks… I took a virus and I had to stay in bed again.
Everything is forget and now we start the challenge 2.0! I lost shape, but I’m confident I recover it in the next weeks and I can finish the first 15 weeks in a good shape in order to start 15 weeks more.

Standard 2/3
The coach told me I had to do the Strength version, but the bars were wet due to the rain and my shape was not the best to do strength exercises as Jackknifes, so I decided to do the Standard/Endurance one.
2 rounds:
- 75 Jumping Jacks
- 25 Burpees
- 50 HH Leg Lever
- 75 Jumping Jacks
- 50 Situps
- 25 Burpees
What about the Strength version? I try to do it as soon as possible in a Free Training… but if you are following my workouts this is what you should do:
2 rounds:
- 75 Jumping Jacks
- 25 Burpees Squat Jump
- 50 Toes to Bar
- 75 Jumping Jacks
- 50 Jackknifes
- 25 Burpees Squat Jump
