Hyperion with Star

Even the PB 16:37 is not the best, I get the star in this workout that was my goal today./
HYPERION
Standard
5 rounds:
- 5 Kipping HS Pushups
- 25 Squats
- 5 Kipping HS Pushups
- 25 Jumps
- 60 sec Rest between rounds
The most problematic issue of this workout is the Kipping HS Pushups, you need strength and technic to do one of them and more practice to complete five rounds. I do Kipping Pushups where ever I go, so one day it should have happened, completeHyperion with Star!! Proud of me #ClapClap
I end the day with 100 Situps and 100 HH Leg Lever to work the six pack.
