Hyperion 1

After one week with no Freeletics training (I was a little bit sick) I come back very motivated and I start the 12th week of this challenge. I hope an end of challenge with no breaks and only healthy food! The sun comes back too, days are longer, it’s getting warmer… Summer is closer. Everything helps!!

Standard

5 rounds:

  • 5 Kipping HS Pushups*
  • 25 Squats
  • 5 Kipping HS Pushups *
  • 25 Jumps
  • 60 sec Rest between rounds

* I do Strict HS Pushups instead of Kipping, better for my back…

New PB: 10:46 – I really love this workout!! Intense, fast, but with breaks and cool exercises. Actually I’m in love with HS Pushups. I’m going to the kitchen and I make a couple of them in the door. LOL. Can I beat my time tomorrow?

At the end of the session I did 25 Pullups (29 secs), 50 Pushups (1:04) and 25 Pullups (48secs)
