Last day and an easy workout to be done with second week. Sometimes I would like to change the workout of the day because I think it’s very easy according to my feelings or simply because I think I could do more, but I don’t know if it is correct or not, so I wait for the next week.
The opportunity that you have to increase the difficulty of the exercises is just before the following week. The coach asks you how was the week and you have to choose between “very easy”, “hard but OK” or “too hard” and of course you can select if you have any injury. At the moment I feel that my weeks have been hard but OK, although the last week was easier than the first one… we’ll see how is the third and if I have to change something.

My time was 11:48 with a new PB. I spend about 10 seconds to do the high knees in each round and these were my time in the 400 meters:
- 1st 400 – 1’00
- 2nd 400 – 1’00
- 3rd 400 – 1’02
- 4th 400 – 1’05
I expect an easy week for the next days so we’ll see if I change Endurance Workouts I’ll have to Standard… I feel strong I want to work out hard! #ClapClap
