Hell days

Today I start the seventh week of the Freeletics Challenge. I lost three kilos since I started and more than six since the beginning of summer, when I started to do more calisthenics. I feel very good with myself, faster, stronger, happier and proud.
In the Freeletics programm the seventh week is “very special”. The call it, hell days. This means that you have to do double session, two workouts in the same day. You can do the first in the morning and the second in the afternoon, or if you want, you can do both straight.
Well, the first one is:
APOLLON
Standard
3 rounds:
- 25 Burpees
- 400 m Run
- 50 Squats
- 400 m Run
PB: 24:21
and probably after Apollon, you will feel you want to die, but you have to keep working out! Take a breath, drink water and be concentrated on the next workout. Now is the time for Hyperion (nice to meet you)
HYPERION
Standard
5 rounds:
- 5 Kipping HS Pushups
- 25 Squats
- 5 Kipping HS Pushups
- 25 Jumps
- 60 m Rest between rounds
PB: 12:24
I started doing Kipping HS Pushups, but my back hurted and I prefered change them for Pikes and keep improving my technic. #ClapClap First hell day is done!
