- 25 Burpees
- 400m Run
- 50 Squats
- 400 m Run
I’m learning how to do this Workout and I got a star and new PB 22:59, but I need to improve my running. Both the first and last 400m were OK, but the rest was too slow. The day I could run faster and hold the rythm in the burpees and squats, I’ll do less than 20 minutes. I’m closer! #ClapClap
