Gaia returns

A well-known workout for the people who follow me from the beginning and a legs training day for the beginners, although today I’ll make the Strengt version. This is GAIA, which takes long time to do it, but very efficient and easy to remember.

Strength

10 rounds:

  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 30 High Jumps
  • 20 Froggers
  • 10 Standup Jumps

It’s the second training after the break in January. I cannot do it the Standups without the help of my hands, so I think I’ll never get the star even in the Standard version, but the rest I did it as I have to. PB: 36:55 with a lot of short breaks, but I really needed them. #KeepWorking #ClapClap #Noexcuses
