Free workout on the first day

I have been doing differents workouts for the last two weeks, but I haven’t been constant and today I have decided to start with the Freeletics Challenge by my own. I think I will finish getting my personal coach, but today I have no credit so I’m going to run some kilometers to warm up and I’ll do a free workout called…
APHRODITE
Standard
- 2km Run
- Dinamic Warmup
- Aphrodite Workout
- 50 burpees, 50 squats, 50 situps
- 40 burpees, 40 squats, 40 situps
- 30 burpees, 30 squats, 30 situps
- 20 burpees, 20 squats, 20 situps
- 10 burpees, 10 squats, 10 situps
- Static stretching
I’m very tired after this workout, but I have reached my best mark in APRHODITE workout (first time, best mark) 28:07
I’m wondering to get my personal coach to have a good evolution and not do what I want each day. The fee for each week of personal coach is about 3€, 40€ for the whole challenge.
