Finally rewarded

Woow! I still remember when I started the challenge three weeks ago and my first workout was Hades in the rain. This is the last day of the third week and I meet again with an old friend in the underworld. Do you know him, don’t you? He’s Hades Standard

3 rounds:

  • 25 Burpees
  • 15 Pullups
  • 15 Pushups
  • 25 Burpees
  • 2×40 RUN

This challenge is giving results in just three weeks, and also the first one. I don’t know what to expect at the end of the fifteen weeks. Today I got under 20 minutes*, close to under 19′, in this workout doing the exercices as they tell in the videos. Correct movements and the less breaks I can during the workout. #ClapClap

The coach asked me after the training how the week was and I’d like to take a step forwards on this point, so I answered that it was easier than expected, and it’s true. I feel stronger and less tired than the first weeks. I need new motivation, new and more difficult workouts!
