Eat, sleep, rave, repeat

I start the 11th weekend with the same workout as yesterday. Strength and endurance exercise are combined in this short but intense workout. The challenge is easy… beat the PB, and I’m very confident about it. I know what I have to improve to do it at least two minutes faster.

Standard

5 rounds:

  • 5 Kipping HS Pushups
  • 25 Squats
  • 5 Kipping HS Pushups
  • 25 Jumps

Everything was better than yesterday. Feelings, technic and time! New PB in almost 2 minutes and great motivation for the rest of the week, which is one of the hardest.
