First time I do a complete Poseidon and I have to do it twice…
2x POSEIDON
Standard
2 rounds:
- 20 pullups
- 20 pushups
- 15 pullups
- 15 pushups
- 10 pullups
- 10 pushups
- 5 pullups
- 5 pushups
It doesn’t take a long time to complete two rounds of Poseidon, 11:34 this time, but it’s very hard and I couldn’t do every strict pullup in the last round. Your muscles will work a lot and they will burn, so be careful. Make a very good warmup, because you will need it, if not you can get injured.
I’m going to start the last week of the challenge. I wait for a Hell Week which I will explain better what it is in the next days. But the next weeks are going to be quite complicated. It’s Easter, and the next two I have to play the semifinals of floorball I would like to be as light as a feather, so I’ll do my best to complete the challenge as the coach says, but I will change a little bit the end, anyway I’ll give you the tips to be done in the right way.
