Double endurance workout

Saturday, 15th November 2014

The fifth week starts too easy with a workout of about 6 minutes, so I decide to do today’s and tomorrow’s workouts. After four days with no workout I have a new challenge for today.

HYPERION

Endurance 4/5

4 rounds with 60 sec rest between:

  • 5 Pikes
  • 25 HH Squats
  • 5 Pikes
  • 25 High Knees

And now… the endurance version of the last workout that I did. To the under 20 minutes!

GAIA

Endurance

10 rounds:

  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 30 High Knees
  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 10 HH Standups

I’m imporving the movement of the HH Standups. I hope I can do 10 Standups without help soon. PB 18:39
