Day F of Freeletics – Test day
Hi, guys! Finally I decided to start with the personal coach training and from this point is when I consider that my “Freeletics Challenge” starts.
You can change each week the parameters you would like to work. When you are done with the first week, they will send you the workouts for the next one. A Freeletics Week is not an ordinary week, but it should be. You can choose how many days you want to train each week and which kind of training you want, Cardio, Strenght or both.
For my very first time of Freeletics Challenge I received some exercices that I have to do and send them in order to evaluate my fitness and develope a personal training for the next 15 weeks.
- Pullups MAX in 100 seconds
- Burpees MAX in 500 seconds
- Lunges MAX in 500 seconds
You can take a break between exercices
I began very tired because of the workout from the previous day and less concentrated than expected, but the results were good, in my opinion, to start the DAY 1 of the challenge during this week:
- Pullups MAX: 22
- Burpees MAX: 55
- Lunges MAX: 150
