Challenged by the sun
Woow! What a Sunday morning… I wake up with the change of the hour, one hour less. It’s 9AM and the sun is already shinning. No one is awake at home, but I take my bottle, my towel and my bag and I go to the park.
Sunday’s workout with the sun in my face. Helios, God of Sun, challenges me and of course I accept it. Helios is one of the longest Freeletics workouts I’ve ever done. The best athletes do around 30 minutes in the Standard version, but we’ll talk about Endurance.
HELIOS
Endurance
- 100 Sprawls
- 125 HH Lunges
- 150 Mountain Climbers
- 125 Crunches
- 150 Mountain Climbers
- 125 HH Lunges
- 100 Sprawls
Very hard endurance workout and which needs more than 30 minutes (32:58 PB) to be completed. After Saturday’s break, I have done Helios Endurance and I won’t have a break until Wednesday, when I will have completed the third week of this “Freeletics Challenge”
