Autumn is already here
Today the autumn has come to Spain. After several weeks with summer temperatures, we are now under 10º and the leaves are falling. What can be pretty than that? Of course training in the street with these temperatures and these leaves. Sun goes down sooner and there are less people in te street, so the training becomes algo more mental.
It’s time to repeat an old workout but in its Standard version, actually it is as hard as the Strengt.
KENTAUROS
Standard
6 rounds:
- 2x20m Lunge Walk
- 10 Jumps (10 High Jumps – STRENGHT)
- 2x20m Burpee Frogs (Deepfrogs – STRENGHT)
- 10 Jumps (10 High Jumps – STRENGHT)
I give you the info if you are interested on keep working with the Strenght Version. I must say there’s no such a big difference. Good workout for the legs.
I did the last time 30:45 and found it OK. I had never done that workout and seeing other result was a good PB. Today the goal was getting under 30 minutes but it wasn’t possible. I was close. 30:21. I know that the next time I’ll do it better and in less than 30′. My knees hurt and also my legs. Tomorrow I’ll have a break and I must train floorball to be ready for my second and third match of the season, wich are played in the south of Spain, Fuengirola. I’ll come back again on Thursday to work out with Zeus. Friday is the last day of the fourth week. #ClapClap
