Well, the next Workout I should have done in my Freeletics Programm was a 4/5 Strenght Iris and, as I said, I skipped it the last time becuse I have an important match at weekend. Today is the day after that important match and my legs are tired.
Knowing how Iris is, I prefer to do something different and wait for tomorrow when I’ll do the workout at 100%
Today is the first day I stayed at home to do exercise. I don’t like to work out at home, because you cannot jump and the atmosphere is not the same as in the street or park with fresh air, but I found some exercises whom not stopped one day with.
- 250 Situps 11:12
- 250 Squats 5:35
- 100 Pushups 5:28
- 100 HH Leg Lever 2:31
It took me about half an hour and I feel like I worked out well. Ready for tomorrow #ClapClap
