Another strength Workout

After the heel days I was very motivated with the challenge and I started very good the week. I worked out on Monday and Tuesday, but then I had floorball training on Wednesday, I needed a break. I stoped on Thursday and on Friday and Sunday I had to train and play a floorball match again, so it was quiet difficult to keep working with Freeletics.
I have two more workouts to do, so today I should end the week and that’s why I’m going to do two workouts and tomorrow I’ll start the ninth week.

- 100 Jumping Jacks
- 100 Froggers
- 1km
It seems easy, just three diferent exercises, but with froggers your legs and shoulders burn. So I had to do them in round of 20 and sometimes 10. I must say, that my legs were very tired after yesterday’s match and I need to recover, but there’s no time and I have to keep working on this challenge.
The first kilometer was done in about 3:30 and the second one in about 4 minutes. This is the first time I do this workout and although is a strenght version, I have done all the movements strictly and that’s why I get the star and the personal best 34:54.
