After the calm comes the storm

Today is the day before the first training with my personal coach of “Freeletics Challenge”. Actually, I’m very tired because of the previous workouts and the floorball trainings, but there is no excuse for tomorrow, despite I have aching muscles in the whole body; abdominals, pecs and legs. I’m very excited to start with this challenge. I know it’s going to be hard, but it’s going to be fun, too. And there is nothing more important than believe in your dreams, in this case this goal is very important.

Probably every wednesday I will make a break in the training and it’s going to be the free day between weeks. The “Freeletics” Programm recommends you to take a picture every week or ten days to see the changes in your body. I’m going to take the this picture every wednesday. And this day is where you could see my personal changes.
