The 15th week must wait

Monday, 7th April 2015

I should start the 15th week today or I should have already started with it, but during the next two weekends I’m going to play the semifinal serie of the national floorball league in Spain and I have to be at 110% and I wouldn’t like to have any pain in my legs nor any get injured… So I have decided to stop with Freeletics training for these weeks but mantain the good shape doing some workouts and running to stretch the legs after working.

Today is the second time I run 5km and I felt very good. I ran very soft, just to stretch the legs after Easter and the time was 23:40, much better than the first time

I also did a Poseidon to workout out some muscles and be ready for the floorball training tomorrow with a PB (first time) of 4:10. #ClapClap
