Two minutes less in the underworld

So, it’s monday! While the most of the people are starting the week, I’m doing my second workout of my personal second Freeletics week.
Today the challenge is to do my PB in a workout that I did the last week. The God of the underworld, Hades. I’m starting to remember the different workouts and I don’t need to watch the smartphone after every exercise.

3 rounds of
- 25 burpees
- 15 pullups
- 15 pushups
- 25 burpees
- 2x40m run
I would like to talk about the two little girls that have been cheering all the time, since I started. Sometimes they were a little bit boring, but it was fun because they told me the remaining repetations while I was working out.
I did two minutes less than first time. Personal Best with 23:03 and tomorrow I have to repeat it and of course beat the time again!
I post a picture in front of the mirror after training… any changes?
