Soft day in the underworld

I’m already stay in the two weeks when the foorball semifinals are running, so the workouts are free training and they don’t take part of the challenge with the personal coach, but after almost six months I know how to do in each moment and what is the best for my body.

HADES

Standard

3 rounds:

  • 25 burpees
  • 15 pullups
  • 15 pushups
  • 25 burpees
  • 2x40m RUN

The last time I did HADES was in december during my eight week and today I could beat my personal best, but… I did 19:00, not under 19 minutes yet. I finished a little bit earlier, but the app gave me exactly 19 minutes, so I have to work  harder to beat this time again.I know I can. #ClapClap
