Short but intense

Today I meet a new godess. She is Metis, a short but intense workout where you train your body while your heart. There are not complicated exercises but very demanding. The more rounds you do, the more cardio you will train.
3x METIS
Standard
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Mountain Climbers
- 10 Jumps
- 25 Burpees
- 25 Mountain Climbers
- 25 Jumps
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Mountain Climbers
- 10 Jumps
And this has to be repeated three times, because the Workout was 3x Metis.
I saw people who work with the Strenght version and make stops between each Metis. People who have done 4x Metis in Standard mode with no breaks and others who mix 1 Standard, 1 Endurance, 1 Standard, 1 Endurance with stops…
This is a workout where you can improvise with and it depends on your technic with the exercises and your shape to perform everything at the highest level.
