Hyperion in Fuengirola

After a long road trip to Fuengirola, Málaga, to play a floorball tournament, I did one of the workouts for this week. But I cannot complete the Hell Week in seven days 🙁
HYPERION
Standard
5 rounds:
- 5 Kipping HS Pushups
- 25 Squats
- 5 Kipping HS Pushups
- 25 Jumps
- 60 sec REST between rounds
And booom…! PB in 30 seconds – 10:03. Maybe working 600 meter lower than in Madrid helps a little bit. Clean air, and the sound of the waves are top! 2×25 Pushups to end the day and be ready for tonight: 00:23 and 00:24.
