Hell week – Helios in the 3rd day

Standard
- 100 burpees
- 125 Lunges
- 150 Climbers
- 125 Situps
- 150 Climbers
- 125 Lunges
- 100 Burpees
I did another Helios the last thursday and I wasn’t physically prepared to repeat it, too long, too hard, so I changed the climbers and some burpees to Endurance version and I worked my heart. Anyway I did the half of the burpees and strict levers, too. 30:11

To end the session I had to do two rounds of 25 pushups, but I did four of them beating some records. 27-32-38-54secs
